I had a water softener explode and didn’t know what to do. I called a couple companies had got a couple quotes that were pretty outrageous. I spoke with Jeff and he quoted me over 1000 dollars less than the others. He was incredibly nice, honest and exactly who you want working on your house. Super friendly, didn’t try to up-sell me, great pricing, quality work, and very professional. Will definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs and recommend to friends and family. They fixed two drains, a leaky faucet in the bathtub, and installed a tankless water heater, and water softener for me and did an amazing job. (I asked for the water softener/heater and they gave me a quote on the spot).

I've worked with Kyle and Austin in the past across a few different properties (our personal home and rentals). They're awesome, know their stuff, and I can trust them to tackle anything. I had a couple of problems. One was a leaking pipe in the wall that was leaking into my basement. The other was a kitchen sink that had fallen down and was being held up by some rigged up lumber. Pando Plumbing came over 3 days and did excellent work. First they found my leaking pipe. Fortunately it was only a short section of PEX to be replaced. They did that and they looked at the sink and assessed it Serving they came and repaired my sink! This took two visits, but it is a real repair. The plumber said that he could stand in it and the countertop wild give away before the glue. Awesome!!! This is a locally owned plumbing company that gives firm bids on project costing that are fair and they stand by the work. I like that my dollars are going into the local economy and not some investors pockets like the other plumbing brands that are being bought up by big venture capital firms.

We had such a great experience with Pando Plumbing. We had a leak from some pipes in our basement that was getting progressively worse. My husband called Pando Plumbing because of their great reviews online and I’m so glad he did. They were at our house within an hour of our call and fixed the leak in about 20 mins. They also helped fix our water softener which wasn’t even why we called them over but so grateful for the help fixing that! I am selling my condo and my agent recommended Pando Plumbing to take care of some plumbing issues that came up on the inspection. Kyle and Austin came out and not only did they fix the issues quickly and easily, they were able to troubleshoot an issue that came up with their ability to swap out some plumbing because of the vanity that we had installed. They gave me options and handled the issue while maintaining the esthetics of the vanity. Everything came out looking great and they saved me a tremendous amount of time and money with their quick thinking. They were also such a pleasure to work with. So friendly and funny. PANDO PLUMBING is, in a word, AMAZING!! I don't recall exactly how I found them, but I have had three experiences with PANDO so far, and they are the ONLY plumbers I will use or recommend. They are HONEST to a fault so I would never worry about being overcharged by them. Let me illustrate: My first experience with PANDO was when I had installed a new faucer and matching drain poppet in my bathroom. I got two of them installed on other sinks and all was fine, but this one I could not get the drain to not leak and the poppet would not seal. I called PANDO and they came out, took a look, got some tools, and had it working in literally about three minutes. I asked how much I owed them and he said "Nothing." Not even a service call fee or something? "No, just keep us in mind. DONE. Next I wanted to install a slop sink in my garage. They came out and after looking it over said they couldn't do it because there was no way to do what I wanted without violating the building code. INTEGRITY!!! Finally, I had another small problem that looked to me like the beginning of a catastrophe. My garden hose would not come off the spigot no matter how much I tried, and I have some really BIG channellock pliers and I still couldn't get it. In fact, I crushed the hose nut onto the spigot! I thought we would have to knock a hole in the wall and replace the whole spigot. Jeff from PANDO came out, got some tools and while it took a little time and a lot of effort, he had the hose off of the spigot in about 10 minutes. GUESS WHAT? NO CHARGE! HOLY COW!! I'm telling you, you cannot go wrong with PANDO. I would hate to think that as a result of my experiences above someone would try to take advantage of PANDO, but they are the most honest, professional and esay to work with tradespeople I have ever encountered - including Chris in the office who not only works to get your help to you as soon as possible, she also keeps you informed of when they are on their way, and more. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY AND TEAM!

My experience with Pando was excellent. I called them to help us with some plumbing repairs, but was happy to hear we just need to make a couple updates that would be easy to DIY. And they didn't even charge a service call fee. They've earned my trust and future business!
